Our Goals

Women make up almost 50 percent of the agricultural
labour force in sub-Saharan Africa, working mainly in smallholder production. Although they comprise nearly half of the workforce, women are often not remunerated for their labour and do not have control over the income generated on land that they do not own

Our Values

1. Empowerment: We believe in empowering young women and men aggregators to enhance their entrepreneurial skills, enabling them to thrive in the agricultural market and beyond.

2. Unity and Inclusivity: We foster a sense of unity and inclusivity, valuing the diverse backgrounds and perspectives of our members as we work together towards common goals.

3. Equity and Equality: We strive to provide fair and equal opportunities for all individuals, irrespective of gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, socio-economic, or other distinguishing characteristics.

4. Ethics and Professionalism: We adhere to high ethical and professional standards in our business practices, fostering fairness, integrity, and respect in all our interactions and transactions.

5. Impact: We are results-oriented and bold in our actions.
